  Wings are always good the customer service not always dependable for example I tried to order a meal while driving and the phone was picked up 30 minutes later when I arrived.
  
  I typically order a 10 piece hot and like to sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning on it myself so it is not too salty.  I was charged for asking for extra seasoning (which is okay and I was given so much I can use it at home).
  
  I am not a fan of their fry seasoning and they do not always cook them completely.
  
  Addicted to wings so I will be back!

  Ordered half Louisiana Dry Rub and half Lemon Pepper. The Louisiana rub was my favorite and not too hot or spicy but flavor with a kick. Good lemon pepper standard!

  Absolutely horrible!! The online ordering application doesn't allow you to put in a credit card anymore. So be aware. When I got there, I had to wait, which is understandable. Everyone was coming in and paying at the register, sounded like they were doing the same thing I was doing. Yet, they were getting their food before me, and bigger bags. The wait time was ridiculous. The staff there, I just don't know. They stand there and talk on their cell phones out in the open for the customers to see, which I don't think is professional at all. Stuff on tables, the counter was kind of messy, and the drink area was filthy. I've gone to this Wingstop many times, and they're always good during the day. This is not a good Wingstop, at least not at night.

  I ordered a large(which is only a10 piece really) original hot and garlic parmesan combo.  The food was fresh and hot. The wings were a decent size but I only got 1 drum in my 10 pieces. The original hot has a hint of sweetness(can't put my finger on it) and the heat doesn't kick in until after, but not extremely hot. The garlic parmesan were good as well, but a heavy amount if parmesan dumped on top. The fries are hand cut with skin on. They offer different seasoning for them, they didn't ask and I didn't specify so I'm guessing it was just fry seasoning. They gave a very large amount that I didn't finish. The fries were good as far as fries go(I don't care for fresh cut ones). They serve beer and only had TVs on sports. The tea is a machine that dispenses different types so not real southern sweet tea. I will return.

  It's just okay. I had great customer service but it's too much hype surrounding mediocre wings. They are too large in size for my preference. (And too "meaty") I felt I had to bite off big chunks instead of being able to finish a wing in a few small bites
  I ordered 8 lemon pepper with garlic Parmesan topping. But I only tasted lemon pepper on one wing. Literally one. Though they didn't slack on the garlic Parmesan.
  
  I was also underwhelmed by the garlic Parmesan fries.
  
  Greasy even for a fried food. Limp. Also saturated with the Parmesan cheese.
  
  Overall I say the service out shines the actual food.
  
  5 stars for service.
  
  2 stars for food. Meh.
